Margaret E. Davis

EAST PEORIA- Margaret E. Davis, 95, of East Peoria, passed away at 4:06 PM on Friday, July 6, 2018 at Unity Point Health Methodist in Peoria. She was born on December 2, 1922 in Wyoming, IL., a daughter of Minot and Madge (Stratton) Wilkinson. She married Harry J. Davis, he preceded her in death on February 12, 1967.

Also preceding her in death is her parents, one son, Dennis Davis, one brother and two sisters.

Surviving are her children, Sharon Stotler of Camp Grove, IL; Larry (Marilyn) Davis of Bartonville; Judy (Jerry) Campen of East Peoria; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren, and one daughter-in-law, Linda Davis.

She worked as a Cook for District #150 for several years.

Per Margaret’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded through Endsley-Sedgwick Funeral Home in Bartonville. A private family graveside service and burial of ashes will be held at a later date in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria. To leave online condolences please visit www.sedgwickfuneralhomes.com

    Rest In Peace Margaret. You will be missed. I have great memories of you & my mom at the high school football games. She’d say where’s the ball & you could aways tell her. Margaret we were all blessed to know you. Rest in God’s arms till we meet again

    Wonderful Grandma/ Great-Grandma that will be missed by many! Beautiful woman! My thoughts and Prayers go out to the family. Many people have lost a blessing from god! Now is her time to shine. 😇
